Booking Conditions

Arrival 3pm, departure 10am

All bookings become firm and final after:
• signing the rental agreement, and payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay.
The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
For any booking made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is required upon confirmation.
The tenant agrees to occupy the premises personally and to respect the maximum occupancy stipulated in the contract.
A security deposit may be requested upon arrival. It will be refunded after departure, subject to the condition of the accommodation and its equipment, and compliance with the terms of the stay.
Cancellation Conditions by the Tenant
All cancellations must be notified in writing.
The following conditions apply:
• Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: full refund of all sums paid.
• Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before arrival: the deposit paid is retained as compensation.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: the total amount of the stay remains due.
• In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be granted.
Cancellation by the owner or exceptional circumstances
In the event of exceptional circumstances making the rental impossible (force majeure, disaster, unforeseen event), the sums paid will be fully refunded to the tenant, without any further compensation.
Recommendation
Travelers are strongly advised to take out cancellation or interruption of stay insurance to cover any unforeseen event.
